What happens once I place my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with details of your order. Once your order ships, Shopify will notify you of the shipping/delivery tracking number via email.

I did not get an order confirmation and the amount got deducted.

Damaged & Missing Items
We are committed to quality. If you have received a defective watch, please visit the Titan Service Centre and bring along the faulty product, as well as your proof of purchase. If your product is still within the warranty period, we will arrange for a 1-to-1 replacement. Please be reminded that all purchases are final, no refunds will be offered.
